" Pierre has been working for us at Chateau Vialer in south-west France periodically over the last 3 years.
He has at all times been absolutely exemplary and our praise cannot be higher.
He is an exceptionally gifted and creative chef with meticulous attention to detail and a broad range of international menus.
He copes well with extreme pressure; for example we hada party for 120 people in August and Pierre and a fellow chef, along with a team they hired and managed, produced an extraordinarily delicious 4 course sitdown dinner on one of the nights, followed by a barbecue/buffet lunch for 70 the next day.
Pierre has also done two 7 course formal New Year’s Eve dinnersfor us, each one beautifully thought through, crafted and delivered.
In short, Pierre is a wonderful chef and a delightful person to have around.
