Pierre Mirepoix
 

I am a French chef with over 18 years of experience working across Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hospitality and private dining.


After many years abroad, particularly in London, I chose to return to the South of France to create bespoke culinary experiences on the French Riviera.

My approach combines technical precision, seasonal produce and a deep respect for flavour.


Each menu is crafted with the same care as a fine-dining restaurant, but adapted to the intimacy and comfort of a private setting.

Whether cooking for a family dinner, a private celebration or a special event, my focus remains the same:
create an experience that feels personal, effortless and memorable.

I come from New York, where I spent eighteen years working in the film industry as a Post Production Supervisor. Those years taught me how to anticipate needs, bring structure to complex projects and keep things calm and organised, even when everything is moving fast.

 

Today I’m here to support our clients and to make every experience with Pierre feel smooth, warm and effortless. I take care of the practical side, from managing budgets to keeping schedules on track and coordinating each event with care. My intention is simple. I want everything behind the scenes to run so seamlessly that you can fully enjoy the moment and the experience we create together.
